A wide-ranging repertoire makes for an
engaging performance in any venue - music from all periods
including Baroque transcriptions of Bach cello suites and
Telemann Sonatas, Classical transcriptions of Beethoven's
Variations on a Theme from Mozart's Magic Flute, standard
Romantic repertoire including Weber's Romance, Saint-Saens
Cavatine and Franz Liszt's Hosannah, and many works of the
20th & 21st Century featuring composers such as Arthur
Pryor, Paul Hindemith, Eric Ewazen, Luciano Berio, Folke Rabe,
Alexander Goedicke, and Canadians Elizabeth Raum & Harold
Wevers. Don't forget his stunning rendition of the Carnival of Venice!

Ensemble The majestic sound of the trombone would
be ideal solo instrument in front of an orchestra or wind
ensemble. Ben's repertoire consists of Classical concerti of
Wagenseil, L. Mozart, and Albrechstburger performed on the
alto trombone, the standard Romantic concerti of David,
Grondahl, Guilmant, as well as contemporary concerti of Jacob,
Tomasi, and Bourgeois.

Canada's finest musicians that perform a broad spectrum of
music from arrangments of Classical trios by Ludwig van
Beethoven, contemporary works for brass & piano byJacques
Casterede & Joseph Turrin, as well as fun transcriptions
of the music of George Gershwin & Michael Giachino (The
Incredibles).
